Jill M. Albertelli

Jill Albertelli was appointed president of Military Engines for Pratt & Whitney in December 2021. Jill oversees development, production, and support of the company’s military offerings, including the fifth generation F119 and F135 engines for the F-22 and F-35 fighters, the F100 for the F-15/F-16, the F117 for the C-17 transporter, the TF33 for the B-52 bomber, the PW4062 for the KC-46A tanker, Pratt & Whitney’s Military auxiliary power unit portfolio, and its mobility and diverse engine programs. She is responsible for B-21 bomber engine development and Pratt & Whitney’s adaptive engine portfolio for future combat aircraft.

Jill brings over 30 years of industry experience to this role, from leadership positions in engineering, manufacturing operations and supply chain to sales, programs, and commercial aftermarket, to leading the Quality organization. Most recently, Jill led the Transformation & Strategy organization, partnering across the company to drive performance and alignment and spearheading enterprise-wide initiatives, including Office of the Future and the building of the new, world-class turbine airfoil production facility in Asheville, N.C. Jill has also been a key driver in furthering the company’s digital and sustainability strategies.

Jill received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She also holds certificates from Harvard Business School, the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and INSEAD Business School. Jill was inducted into the YMCA Academy of Women Achievers, received the National Diversity Council Influential Women award, and recognized as one of the 2022 Most Influential Women Executives in Corporate America by Women Inc.

Jill is an advocate to advance girls and women in STEM fields. She serves on the Boston University College of Engineering Dean’s Leadership Advisory Board, and the Emeritus Board of Southern New England Junior Achievement. Jill is also a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Women in Aviation International, the Order of the Engineer and United Way’s Women United committee. Jill is an executive sponsor of the employee led RTX VETS resource group for Raytheon Technologies.
