Multiple Sclerosis /Bellino Scholarship

Eligibility: Individuals of Italian descent* who are children of a parent diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Candidates should be graduating from high school and planning on attending an accredited college.

* U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.

Deadline: March 7, 2024

Application & Requirements:

  1. Application Fee ($35)
  2. Online Application
  3. Official Transcripts: Submit one official transcript from each academic institution attended through Dec. 2023. High school students should submit transcripts that include class rank, class size, and GPA if available.
  4. Test Scores: Submit copies of official results from all standardized tests (ACT, SAT, etc.) taken during the past 5 years.
  5. Resume: Submit a current resume outlining extracurricular activities, work experience, volunteer service, and honors.
  6. Letters of Recommendation:  Submit the names and email addresses of 2 references (teachers, professors, or educational administrators) who can provide a letter of recommendation.
  7. Essay: Submit an original essay of 500-750 words about a personal experience that demonstrated or generated pride in your Italian heritage.

  • Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email with the link to complete your application.

NOTE: the application fee is required to cover the processing of each scholarship application. If you would like to apply for more scholarships, you will have to make additional payments.
